Extending samurai

Any links or articles on extending the frame of Samurai? Want to half cab mine and extend the frame a couple feet. Put a small flatbed on to be used for ranch type work and 4wheeling some. Looks like I cut it in the middle basicaly and sleeve an extension in there.Lengthen the back shaft and brakes lines. Not worried about street legal. Seems like a good project that would include some

Stretch

It wasnt that hard. I stretched it about 17" front & back. Haven't updated any pics lately cause i've been recovering from shoulder surgery but i did get a driveshaft installed up front. Just got the rear shaft & rollcage left to make it wheelable! For the stretch i used 1/4" plate inside & outside of the frame to create a 3 piece sandwhich. That part of the frame is bulletproof.

It's been on the jackstands for way too long. I'm ready to have it back in service.

Keep us up on how yours is going!
