what should I use to make my grill in the tube clip?

expanded metal is the only idea I have that is cheap.

any other or better ideas???

if I win the lottery this week I'll get a billet grill for it.

you could cut a peice of sheetmetal that can add design to the front clip.

Like flames or something that is unique to your vech.

maybe cut out STRETCH in a stretchy way??
understand what i am trying to get across??

Sounds like a good idea, but how would I cut the letters out or design out accurately. Hmmm, if I had a flowjet like OCC has, I could do it easily.

also, what about air flow to the radiator?

could whip something up on the computer, cut it out, tape it onto the sheet metal and trace around it with a sharpie, then cut it out.

i was jokeing when i said chainlink fence

but i really like the sheat meatl idea. its cheap and effective. the best way to do it i would say isjust find someone close by with a plazma cutter and have at it.

a drill and air nibblers will work just as well

and you can paint it orange or silver to contrast your radiator so ppl can read it.

i figured oldgoat might have a plasma but i don't know. also about airflow just do it big but leave lines of metal between the lettersto keep big stuff from going through. if you feel like it put expanded metal behind it but if you use decent thickness metal you wouldn't have to worry about it flexing.

or you could use a dremel if you got the patiences!!

althought it would be like taking a knife to a gun fight.....

good ideas

I like the sheetmetal idea too, cut Stretch init as well as some strategic airflow holes it would look very cool. We could use my Radix or come up with some way to do this. Or get a plasma cutter, wish I did own one.

so true

It is on the wish list here too but sadly way way down lol and of course the cutter like they have at OCC would be way cool, would spend all my time in the shop cutting neatl stuff. Come on LOTTO TEXAS.
