Looks like a complete waste of a perfect set of Rockwells to me. However, I would like to see how he rigged the steering.

You can tell that it is full hydro. I just wonder what he used for the input on the orbital valve. Also would have looked alot better if he would have put on some bling wheels and tires. JJ

It was definitely NOT an engineering masterpiece.

I actually talked to the guy on Thursday night. He says they have an NP203 mated to a suzuki transfer case. Top speed is brely 30 MPH. All total he says he has about 3 G;s invested in it. The steering is full hydraulic front only. I thought the whole thing was interesting.

3 grand in it? I wish he'd given me the $3k, I'd go around back with him, kick him in the nuts and then give him $1500 back. We'd both have come out ahead.

I want to know how he got that to work with full hydro?? Because a orbital doesnt always go back to the same center. It is constantly different. With a normal steering wheel it wouldnt be a problem but with a 4-wheeler it would be. That is why the arctic cat on 44's is just running hydro assist. But the arctic cat prowler that was on 46's and is now on 49's is able to run full hydro.

actually, I can get you into an Eaton steering valve(that's what we call 'em in the hyd. business) that is available in two versions-one is the old stand by that most folks are used to seeing AND I can set you up with a load-reactive return to center version that acts pretty much the same as a standard power assist steering set up.....you let go of the wheel and it goes back to center..niffty stuff.... call if you are interested...806-374-5215...V&S Industrial Supply..ask for Greg.....we have swinging deals on in house built custom Hyd. lines, fittings and more....

Nah, that thing has an amazing COG for an OHV... I think the only feasible way of flipping it would be a rear endo.

I think its cool. Then again, I wouldn't pay anymore than a set of Rockwells for that thing.
