Question Hydro Assist advice

Need a little info!!! My rig has got the AGR assist on it and the ram has always leaked!!! From what i've heard AGR's rams are notorious for leaking and aren't even worth messing with, So my question is if this: If i were to swap in a regular 8x2 ram from tractor supply or my tractor place what kind of differences if any should i expect???

i'm not sure on the size (too small)!! Its AGR's rock ram!!! I had a regular 2" bore 8" stroke from the tractor place on my K5 and it never gave me a bit of trouble so i was just going to swap one of those in place of this one but want to make sure first!!!

the only diffrence that i can think of is just that a larger dia ram will make it a little slower when turning but should give you more power to turn.

We just bought some land 5 miles from the park on Hwy 155. And by next year we are hoping to be living there. Talking about day trips!

I've seen that rig sitting out in front of his shop. I guess he bought it off the guy that built most of it that lives in Kilgore. It was on ebay for sale about 2 or 3 weeks ago (maybe longer). It is a SWEET rig!!!!!!!!!!! for sure!

I live about 30 to 45 minutes from the park as well. It's nice having a place like Barnwell in our own backyard!

I should have been done with it, but Eric and Old Goat gave me a upgrade bug that keeps bitting me. I just bought a set of 44" tires now I have to try and make them fit under there. Looks ever step forward I take I slide back two. With the cooler weather I hope to get back on it. It should be a great trail beater when I'm done with it.

Thats what always happens to me!!! Once your near being finished you find something else you have to have!!! You've already got the 60/14blt on 44's, next will be the doubler!!!

No, not a doubler, Maybe if I already had a 205. I think this will be my next T-case (besides the NP208 with the fixed yoke I'm getting from Glenn)
http://www.stak4x4.com/index.html
This will be short enough to still leave me great angles on mt drive shafts.
