I hate black. But if you're willing to put in the time, you can keep it clean and nice. I'm too busy to do full details every week so I go with easy colors to clean like grey...my new Duramax is white and always looks dirty but not smudgy dirty like black.

Fawk it just buy it!

I just did a full color change on my 01 stroke. It only took 6 years to get around to doing that. The worst part is the door jams. If you didn't have to screw with them it's a 2 day deal. So I thought about doing something trick to the top then continue down the upper part of the sides. Leave some of the black so it didn't look like *** when the doors were open. Guess I have to get it bought first. Talked with the guy that's selling it for the family of the guy that died. He's at $12,500.00 (was at $14,000.00). It's a nice truck but the 12k is still over book. Got a Bud in OK City that's going to go look at it when the ice melts. Not much to look at from what I found out last night talking with the lister and from what I can see from the pictures. It's a 700 mile round trip so having Ryan take a quick look makes sense. The engine was replace by a dealer in 2011, 130,000 miles ago and the trans was replaced after that. Guy took grate care of it and all the records are with the truck.
