I have talked with him and there is a possibility that we will host the event at spring creek off road. We have hosted the werock grand nationals in the past, as well as various events from trial bikes, mud bog series, local rock crawl comps, and many others. Keep your fingers crossed.....this would be sweet to make it happen!!!!

p.s. this event is similar to xrra.....

All classes require DOT approved tires? So I couldn't even run in unlimited because my tires are stickys?

I think we may be running Moroc and the XRRA. Too early to tell!!

Any question go to [url]http://www.moroc-us.com
Because I'M just a messenger and not a very good one at that.

I just want to have a event close to home for once!!!

No this guy is Nathan Davis and this is his baby!!! It is in a growing spert right now. Breaking up in Northern and southern series.

We had a good time last year. You really get alot of seat time. 10 courses in two days. Next year will be one day events.

Needed more seat time to compete in the xrra.

Hey guys, Nathan here from MOROC.

The website to look at for updates, pictures, rules is www.moroc.us

Stickies are allowed in all 3 classes. Modified 35's, Super-modified (full size), and Unlimited (buggies).

We are very excited to be coming to Texas. It's been a long time coming for woods racing/rock racing. I am expecting to have the schedule finished by the end of the week.

I'm headed to spring on the 29th to watch their event...so maybe I will see you all there.

In another thread, I will post of pictures from the MOROC finals. Just got them yesterday. It will give you a decent idea of what one event site looks like.

Back to the origional topic of the thread...

Anyone have recommendations of event site locations for rock racing events in Texas? Perferably around Dallas or between Dallas and Houston.

It can be an off road park or private land. Location needs to be easy to get find, easy to access, and near or in a populated area.

Know of anyone who owns a plot of land with few trees and both steep hills ideal for racing and flat areas for parking? Rock isn't nessessary, but is perferred. Mud is not wanted.

Call me at 314-974-5337 or email me at [email protected]

I an curious for both 2009 and 2010.

I have never been to Bridgeport but someone who has I am sure can say if that would even be what they are looking for. I could not think of anything else.
