Need Fabrication Help

Guys, I know I'm not real active on here and for that reason not really known, but I could really use a hand. I'm needing to fab up a better crossmember, and build a mount for my spare, on my rig and don't really have the equipment for it. I know there are shops that could do this for me, but I haven't been successful finding one in the Austin area and generally their lead time and shop rates are more than I can afford at the moment. I know I'm asking a lot of someone, to offer their time and tools to help get me setup.

I'm extremely easy to work with and flexible. We can approach this however you would like. I have the facilities, but not the tools, so we can work at your place or mine. We can get together and discuss what is needed or I can just plan something on my own and you can help me come put it together. We can use materials you already have and are familiar with, or I can collect materials myself. I buy good , and I'm knowledgeable in fabrication, just don't have the tools myself at the moment. I am going to get this done with help, or without, but without help its going to take much longer and I don't know that I have the time to waste.

I forgot to mention. We are in Thorndale now, which is near the Austin area and to a degree, the College Station area.

Is this something that can be built off the rig?

Yeah, probably so, but I'm sure it would take lots of measurements to accomplish. Not saying it wouldn't be doable, just harder.

Bender and mostly, and maybe another brain to bounce ideas and designs off of as we go. I'm planning to keep it as simple as possible. I'm planning much more extensive work/rebuilding of the whole rig in 6 months or so, but for now I need to safeguard myself from the weak link that is my current cross member. I am almost 100% sure that its poor design is the cause of my previous transmissions destruction.
