Pre made roll cage?

I am wanting to get some prices on some pre made interior roll cages for a '86 chevrolet truck. Anyone know some companies that make them? I figure whatever I get I will end up building off of and adding more braces but I figure it will probably be cheaper or just as cheap to start with some already pre made.

S&W is the one I was thinking of but couldnt remember the name. I checked with summit and they didnt offer one for my truck and the ones jegs list is talking about 4 link and trans crossmember in the description so I think they are talking about a whole chassis or something.

there's a discussion on ck5.com about this with Kert. I offered a suggestion for a weld up kit rollcage for 73+ GMs and he was considering it. Not something I could use but something the GM guys could really use...maybe you should post on there if you're interested. From what I've heard about the S&W, lots of people felt it would have been better just building one from scratch because of all the fitting and cutting they still had to do to make it fit...

His screen name was R_S_C. IIRC, that truck was parted out.

The only roll cage kit in summit that I can find for a truck is for an S10. It is just the 8 point cage made out of 1 3/4 x .134" mild steel tubing, mandrel bent.

damn .095 tubing im not sure if thats something that would be a good alternative for a fullsize or even a light rig.
