00tals1 just gettin started
Some one please tell me the production numbers for...

My dad has a 78 K5 with a stock 4 speed in it. He thinks its a unicorn. He says hes never seen one like that and its a keeper. How many of these things are stock with the SM465? Is it a real special thing? I wanna get it from him but like in another thread might go with a jeep.

ok, production for the blazer in 78 was 88,858.
now not to be a smartazz but i highly doubt 88,857 had automatics and 1 had a 4 speed.

sorry, I don't know production numbers, but the SM465 was offered for the full production of the solid axle K5 (69-91).
