TOTW - Dash Customizing

what's some good way to change up the dash in your rig, jeep, zuki, K5. What's been done or would like to be seen?

Thin aluminum plate has always been the best "old" standby.

Easy to work with and makes for a clean and simple install.

I wouldn't mind seeing some tech on how to make custom molds for fiberglass thou.

The dash in my buggy is nice. The guy that built it left enough room that you can get to everything from the outside of the rig. In other words I don't have to climb under the dash to see stuff.

This is what I did on my rig. Gutted the factory cluster, and riveted some aluminum to the backside. The idiot lights are for oil pressure, and the other is to get the Chevy three wire alt. to charge. Here's a few pics. It's pretty hard to get a good pic of it.
