W.E.Rock race truck idea.

So I think I am gonna try to get a W.E.rock stock/modified truck prepared for next years central series.
Here is the basic rundown of what I am staring with,

Truck-89 ram w150 single cab short bed,with 3"body lift
Drive train- 200k+318 w/factory tbi, 727 TF automatic transmission, 241D transfer case,
Axles-D44 front. 9.25 rear with 3.23's
Tires-38" tsls

Here is what I intend to do to the truck, 1:remove body lift
2:build or have a cage built,
3:transmission( I have a 241/205/203/2wd 727 in my garage so I need some input here on what t-case/combo to run)
4: Dana 60s front and rear (run the current 4:10 gears till I need to upgrade)
5: high steer with hydro assist if possible,
6: swap in the rebuilt motor in my garage and keep the tbi
7: swap out my 38" for a set of 35" per class rules.
8:install a winch 6k# minimum is required per class rules
9:wheel the piss out of it

Now the parts I have avalible in my garage are
1:axles 2 Dana 60 fronts 1 d60 rear 1d70 rear
2: transmissions 4 tf727 one for each transfer case with adapters and all
3: tcases 203/241/205
4: engines rebuilt 318 long block, 360 long block that needs some loving and a stroker crank
5: high steer arms.

Now that all this info is avalible what course of action would y'all take ?
Now this is just me putting my random thoughts out in writing asking for input since most of y'all wheel a lot more than I ever have.

Thanks for any input

-John

60/70 and 241. Lose the body lift. Grip it and rip it.

Leafs at all 4 corners I have a stock set, a 3-4" lift set and a set out of my 77 crew cab so I'm sure I can bastard pack a set for both good articulation and to support the truck on jumps

if I run both 60s they are already geared the same if I run a 60/70 combo I need to re-gear both since my 70 is 7.17 and my 60s are 4.10. I am attempting to do this for as cheep as possible (except safety stuff) if I happen across a good deal on gears sets maybe

Side note vehicle cannot be wider than 80"

Interesting you ask that I happen to have a 75 Cherokee chief with a 360 v8 but it has a 90 Wagoneer body
