Exclamation Yet Another

Public service announcement!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ALLIED ROCKATHON BEADLOCK WHEELS!!!!!!

Not only does it take over a month to get what they say is in stock that they proclaim you will receive within 7 working days. They are so ignorant that they can not even include the most important part of the rim with your order. THE LOCK RINGS!!!!!

And further more they do not take returns and say it is your problem. So you have to go threw all there BS “again” and make another order just to get what should have been included with your order to begin with that you paid for.

How in the world do these company’s stay in business with the way they hose the consumer!!!

finely got them on the phone today. (They don't even want to answer it talk about customer service.)

They pretty much gave me the oh well treatment "you will just have to order some rings".

So now I'm having to pay twice for the lock rings plus shiping. There's not realy much I can do. Half a rim is worthless and they won't take them back.

I'd pull a discount tire commercial and drive to where ever they're at and start throwing them through windows.

And the SAGA continues

Well I got bent over backwards again by Allied!!!

Finely got them to send the lock rings for the rims, and low and behold the DIPSTICKS only sent one ring and one set of bolts.

What in the world is wrong with this company!?!

They have their heads stuck so far up their own butt that it is sticking back out between their shoulders!!!

Argggggggg!!!!!

One more final SCREWWING form allied.

But first let’s recap.

Ordered rims they said they were in stock and would be in my possession within 7 days. Wrong took 5 weeks.

Got rims asshats didn’t send lock rings.

Had to order lock rings and pay for them (AGAIN).

Week later ring shows up that’s right ring not rings. The Short bus freaks only sent one.

Get on phone and get the “OH WELL” you will have to order again treatment. GRRRRRRR!!!!!

Buy this time I am so pissed that I am ready to shove the rim’s up there ***** sideways. Tried to return the [email protected] things and get my money back. They laughed at me. Said they had a no return policy and that it was my problem and I would just have to deal with it. Talk about the NAZI’S of customer service.

Other three rings finely show up with only one set of bolts for one ring. WTF!!!

Back on the phone this time they admitted to screwing up and sent the remaining bolts. Never thought I would hear that from them.

Other three sets of bolts come in.

Now today I start mounting up my tires. Lay out all the bolts and get to it.

SURPRISE!!!

Allied got to corn hole me once again with there incompetence. All the bolts they sent me are ¼” to short.

So now I have to go down and get 128 bolts in the correct length. And unlike normal places that sell nut’s and bolts by the pound the stores here have the brilliant idea to sell them by the piece. So I’m looking at around another $100 just for the correct bolts.

So here’s to you ALLIED

If I ever get to meet you people in person I will be sure to bring along my WTF stick and smack you upside the back of the head with it.

Believe me the thought has crossed my mind, but I'm afraid if I step one foot into KOMIFORNIA I will be permanently infected with there "I'm a fawkin idiot moron disease!”

The best I can do is educate others and prevent further sales from a company that is obviously run buy complete and utter douche bag morons.

Dude, don't hold back, tell us how you really feel?
On a serious note and do not get angrier but, did you try getting 4 longer bolts and starting the lock rings and then maybe the bolts that are 1/4 inch too short will work? I know you have probably put on many lock rings but thought maybe it was worth saying. I really hope you get it all worked out.

First thing I tried was 4 longer bolts at the 12, 3,6,9 positions. cranked um in a little and it just started warping the ring. So I grabed my welding clamps and used them along with the bolts. No go.

The only way to get one of the bolts suplied started is to push the tire off center and start the first thread of the bolt, which does no good because you can't slide the tire back the other way to start the oppisite side. (ho hum)

Hey I don't know if you have a tractor supply near you, but they sell bolts by the pound. I bought all my bolts (30 per ring) and lock nuts with washers for 55 dollars. Hope that helps. Sorry bout all the trouble with them. That sucks.

closest TSC's are Uvalde or Kerville 90 and 150 miles away. And they never have what you need in stock. If they do they only have 15 to 20 of them.
