Sharing a shop lease

I just came across a small shop right acroos the street from my apartment. It's right outside 610 S near Almeda. I believe it's around 1500 square feet. It has one average size overhead door and one RV height overhead door. It's surround by a high fence with barbed wire spooled on top.

I can probably get it for $700 a month maybe a little less. I just want a spot to work on my stuff without driving 150 miles back to my Dad's place.

I would be willing to share the some of my tools such as a 220 Lincoln MIG and 50 amp plasma cutter. There seems to be plenty of room for a couple of rigs to be worked on at a time.

I just wanted to see if anyone was interested. I'll try to take some pics this evening.
.......

Or, if anyone has someshop space available near that area. I just want to get my truck up and rolling soon.

PM me and we'll talk.

I figure I can trust most of you guys who've been on here awhile.

My wifes down if I can share some of the cost on this thing. Maybe a year lease, cuz we're lookin' for a house eventually.

I've got pics. I'll try to post 'em up tonight.

Finally got 'em up. Anybody else? I think 3 people could fit small projects in there.

Wow that's nice. If i could find something like that around here id be signing papers. If you do just a few small side jobs a month you could cover rent easily and if its setup legit you could possibly receive discounts on parts through wholesale accounts.

I already do. I've been a "shop" with no store front for 5 years now.

I have a full time job, but I sell junk stuff and do small side jobs to pay for my toys.

I can cover the full rent with my business, but I want to make some profits to build my rigs too.

If I can find one guy who seems serious and trustworthy, I'm gettin' it for a least a year.

Derrick......whats the address? It might be bigger and cheaper then what I have now...I WON"T take it out from under you. Promise....... You know me better then that. Might be better to share a shop then pay what I pay now. I just need a spot to build a K5 with Rocks and for tools.

I can rent this shop for $600 a month. No long term contract.

I've been waitin' and watchin' so I could wheel and deal.

I'd like to share the lease with one person, and after we access the space, maybe someone could store a side by side or Atv there for a little a month if there's enough room.
