Any seat out there will fit with a little finesse and a BFH.

So, you have 75 K5? Is it a fulltop?

tailgates were the same all the way up thill the quit making them in 91 aside from some trim and wiring for the power glass. the glass was different tickness from 81 up. they are thiner than the earlier 73-80

frnt seats are about the same way. they will all pretty much fit. 73-75 was a full top. the rear floor raised right behind the front seats. starting in 76 they went to the half top. the floor stayed the same till 81 though at that time it didn't raise up till right in front of the rear seat to allow more leg room for the back. their were 2 different seat opions for the rear one was soild mounted and one would fold up. hope this helps

BTW welcome to the site

Thank ya'll so much for answering I really appreciate the help. I'm a novice. We're going out tonight to look at the seats and the tailgate. My husband the brainiac went to the junk yard and spent $150 on a suburban tailgate that doesn't fit. LOL Ya'll have a great day and thanks so much. If I have any other questions I'll make sure to ask!!

Where in Dallas are you? Are you looking for original seats, or are you going after nicer ones? My son put some comfy ones in his blazer out of a ford car. If your floor is flat at the seat mounting points, then it is easy to find upgrades or make a bracket to fit another seat.

We're out by Plano. I was trying to restore it back to original. Dunno how far we'll get on that though. We bought the blazer so that we have something big to haul all of our camping gear and we can just get up and go and leave it packed

i just put a mid-80's truck tailgate on my '75 K5 and it fits great. i had to get the hinges and hardware from the donor truck cuz they bolt up differantly than the blazers oem gate. the blazer has all the holes already threaded to install the hardware, so modifications are needed. if your looking for a newer blazer gate, im pretty sure they are all the same as far as bolting up and fitting

I wish I had known a month ago your husband was willing to spend $150 on a suburban gate. I have a 79.
