Look at an LMC catalog, it will show you.

Or take a look at sub in George's driveway.

Get the crossmembers from a blazer or suburban. They are almost a bolt in swap, you will just need to drill some holes. My K10 already had one set of holes on the back that lined up. http://www.texas4x4.org/gallery/album141?page=4

Also, you will need a body lift or a hole in the bed to clear the filler neck. I did a two inch and it was just right to run the filler hose between the frame and bed. I ran a couple pipes along the frame and tied them into the original filler.

It's the smaller 25(?) gallon tank. It's close, but there is just enough room to clear the diff on a 14 blt. I havent bottomed it out to see if it hits, but I doubt it would.

One other thing. You will need to relocate the brake line bracket on the frame.
