From College Station

Howdy everyone,

My name is Chad, and I'm from College Station. Heard about the site from some new friends around here. I have a 2003 Silverado for my daily driver.

I'm currently building a '80 Toyota. Everything is stock....well it's going to have a Chevy 305, TH350, and a NP208. Then I'm going to build a flat bed for it. Main thing right now is finish up the engine and get everything put in and get it moving.....under its own power.

Well, the motor it came with, a 22R, had thrown a bearing, and it was going to cost just as much to rebuild it as to go with the Chevy stuff. I'm a Chevy guy anyway, so it's working out so far.

For pics, I'll try to get some asap. Sorry for the delay. Yall really aren't missing much though, it's just the cab with peeling paint, no bed, and a horrible body lift somebody put on. That's coming off as soon as I get the chance.
