Del Rio/Laughlin AFB -- 85' K5

Hey I just got stationed at Laughlin AFB for pilot training. Been researching places to off road around here. Definitely alot tougher to find places than Utah and Southern Nevada where I have done most of my wheeling.

Heres my set up:
1985 K5 Blazer
350 sbc
Eldelbrock Thunder Series AVS Off Road Carb 650 CFM Electric choke
MSD pro billett distributor
MSD 6AL ignition system
4" lift (rough country spings front, BDS springs rear)
36X12.50R15 Super Swamper TSL SX
15X8 Pro Comp 1059 (i think)
Stock 10 bolt axles (sadly, however D60 and 14FF in the plans)
Custom exhaust (no cats, dual flowmaster 50 series delta flow, H pipe with flex fitting)
700R4 rebuilt with a shift kit
NP208
Off Road Design Front bumper with wings

Being shipped currently are:
DIY4X rock sliders
DIY4X gauntlet rear bumper
Warn M8000
KC lights

Ive wheeled all over Utah. Been to Moab many times, but have only wheeled the blazer there once. I grew up off roading in South Dakota, Arizona, Utah, and Southern Nevada. My families list of rigs currently is: '75 CJ5, '77 K20, '85 K5, '02 Tacoma, '08 JKU. I prefer rockcrawling, but im happy as long as im in the dirt.

Rastus likes this.

@dabshr -- I just finished IFS where I flew the Diamond DA-20 Katana. Next I will be flying the T-6 Texan II for a while then either the T-1 Jayhawk or the T-38 Talon. Eventually I want to fly the AC or MC 130.
