Killeen/Ft. Hood

Anyone go mudding or wheeling in the Killeen/Ft.Hood area? I go all over post, Florence and Marble Falls in my 88 K-5, not too much done to it but not afraid to beat on her! Are there any meets with other trucks/clubs around here? Thanks!

Billy

Welcome to the board!!!

There arent many places to wheel right around there except fort hood really.. I have a couple of good spots to go on the lampasas river though, and I also have a couple trails on my land plus a rock quarry at the top of my hill-never much mudding up there though

I am gonna have a little get together when I get home in Feb, you are more than welcome to come out.. thinking Saturday the 11th right now

Hey wheels up I'm from Kempner too, on the north side towards Topsey.
I'm Afghanistan right now but would like to meet you sometime. It's nice to know people that live around you enjoy the same thing.

Hit me up sometime when your free

Killeen/Ft. Hood

I almost married a girl from Kempner. Well she lived there, but was originally from Lampasas. It's nice up in that area.

I live on the other side- S116 going towards Ivy Gap road right on the other side of the mountain range behind the Killeen Airport.. I have a rock quarry on the top of my hill, right on my back property line, but it doesnt get to muddy up there very often... I started making some trails over the other side into a couple of creeks, and a pond area that get pretty muddy sometimes!!

I just left AFG in the end of November, and moved down to Abu Dhabi... I am a contractor for the Air Force now, so I follow them around these days! I don't get home much now, but when I do it is always a good time!! I know all the guys from TXPRO out in Lampasas so they come out and play sometimes.

good to see that there are a couple others on here from right around me!! take it easy over there and Stay Safe~
