Not really new, just took a hiatus

Hey guys! Been away from the off-road scene for a while. Between my wife rolling my Tacoma and needing neck surgery, and the kids getting older, I sold my toys and took up golf. No more, I'm coming back with a vengeance. Not really gonna rockcrawl anymore, but, at 43, I decided to buy a lifelong dream. A midlife crisis ride if you will. After some soul searching, and looking at some (cough) Jeeps, I decided to do my return right. I found and purchased a 1965 fj40. This might, and I mean might see some mild trails. That's it. Enough of my verbal diahrea, on to the pics. Specs are as follows: crate 350 with ~5k miles, 700R4 tranny to Fj tcase and fj60 axles. ARB locker in the rear.

I drove out to Phoenix, AZ last Monday to buy it. I've wanted one of these since I was about 13. I figured this was the way to get what I wanted.
