Shawn in San Antonio

Hello everyone.

My name is Shawn. I like the site so far! I've only been here a day or two, but I've found some good information so far.

A little bit about me: I'm 28, I've been married for a little over a year now but no kids yet. I've been in the Air Force for 8 years and some change. Right now, I'm a Military Training Instructor (Drill Instructor) at Lackland AFB. I've been here pushing boots for right at 3 years. Before San Antonio, I was stationed at Vandenberg AFB, CA and prior to that, Osan AB, S. Korea. I only have a year left here in Texas and we'll be moving to Warner Robins, GA next June.

I've always loved the 80s - early 90s Toyota's and I finally got (a running) one back in May. I bought it from a family who worked hard to customize the interior, so now, I'm working hard to de-customize it and return the interior to near stock. It came with a 4" lift, new clutch, flowmaster exhaust and headers and a few other things.

I just want to be able to get to work and drive through some mud when it finally rains.

Pictures of the rig inbound.

The lights on the front came with the truck. The wiring for them was pretty crappy, so I just took them off. Now, I just have the lights up top.
