Are these places "legal"?

The place we go wheelin in Blum is owned by the Blum ISD and there has never been any complaints from the school about anyone wheeling down there. I have been wheeling there for 2 years now and never had any trouble, and some people I know have been wheeling there many more years than I have and never had any trouble. Although, it is illegal to drive in the rivers/ streams, so if you drive in the Nolan River you are technically illegal. So if you choose to drive in that river, that is your own decision.

The gravel pit we go to is technically classified as parking area, and I have wheeled down there in front of Cor personnel and never got in trouble! I dont think they like it when atv's go down there, but they have never really complained!

I hope that helps answer your question!

If you go through the week, I will try to make it when I get off work. I get off work at 4, and it takes about 30 minutes for me to get down in that area.

If you go during the weekend let me know and I will try to make it down there with you.

you can call me at (817)774-6543, that's my cell, so I should answer unless I am in a meeting or something!
