Jim Alexander Has Passed Away

The 4x4 community has lost a great, awesome gentleman who embellished class and desire to the wheeling community. I was fortunate and honored to have wheeled with Jim on a couple of ocassions and it is just so sad that he is now gone. If you want to know more check outhttp://cowtown4x4.com/forum/topic.as...&TOPIC_ID=6840
I didn't know Jim that well but we wheeled Hell and Back foward and backwards/Wine and Cheese/Looney Tunes/Baby Huey's crack/ and a bunch more at Katemcy. He showed me how to have patence while wheeling. He was a damn great wheeler too!! The man will be missed by all who knew him..Here is the link to his Obit!!http://stei-23954.tributes.com/show/...ander-86916626

God Bless his family and his wheeling family!!!
Rest in peace JIM!! You are Missed!!

Jim was a super good person! I wheeled with him in Clayton when the Black Sheep were going for the Bounty Trail and I rode with him in that sweet buggy for half a day at Noconna. We did a couple of really tough trails and about half way through the the second one he laughed and said, ''well I guess I'll have to put it in 4wd''

RIP Jim

Blessings to your family.

This was just one cool guy!!!
Ive wheeled with him acouple times over the last 3 years. Ive had acouple chance to spot him on the trail. It was so cool spotting a state of the art rig. And he was just so cool behind the wheel.
Man i was looking forward to wheel with him next year.

I met him a few times on the trails and was always very nice and helpful. He passed doing what he loved to do and I can only hope I go the same way behind the wheel of a rock crawler on the trails.

RIP

I have known Jim for a while now and still can't believe it. I wheeled with him only about 5 or so times and you will not meet a nicer guy. Man with class and a role model for us all. I was in Arkansas when I heard the news and could not believe it. One time I remember wheeling in Clayton and someone was hung up, Jim jumped right in and started pulling the cable and refused the help of others, we were younger and he refuse to admit to his age. I just heard of his funeral arrangement and will not be able to make it. RIP.

To you Jim
