Alpine DVD System

Alpine DVA-9860 head unit. AI-Net, XM ready, plays DVD Videos, MP3 loaded on DVD (4.7 GB!) or CD. Video output is active while playing DVD video, and also displays information on screen about the MP3 file currently playing. This is a regular-looking deck that is one piece and fits in a normal DIN mounting hole.

Alpine TME-M770 touch-screen LCD monitor. It's a 6.5" widescreen monitor. The "brain" is mounted remotely and has several video inputs as well as inputs for a navigation system. It has hookups for reverse switch and backup camera, as well.

$400 via Paypal for all of it including shipping. I have all manuals, remote control, wiring, etc.

What's wrong with it? This would be sweet in a trail rig while waiting for people.

The deck is around 2 1/2 years old, bought it here in Abilene from the Alpine dealer for about $550. It has been superceded now by another model so they're not currently for sale. I found a product description on the Crutchfield site:

http://www.crutchfield.com/S-945lDjz...search=DVA9860

The screen is not quite as old as the head unit, about 2 years. I bought it in Dallas from a car stereo shop for about $450. It was superceded by the TME-M770S which is identical except the touchscreen on he S has tactile feedback added. It is a 6.5" LCD that has a universal mount bar in the rear and is fed from the interface box by a single cable for a clean install. There are two video and audio inputs that accept any RCA composite signal. There is a third input that is dedicated to Alpine navigation units (I ran an NVE-N852A but it will also accept the newer NVE-N872A and the two Blackbird portable GPS units). The second input can be used to display the picture from a backup camera. There is also a selected audio and video output so you can slave another screen to show the same thing (useful for twin headrest monitors).

I verified that I do have all wiring, the original boxes, and manuals for the head and monitor. Both units function flawlessly.

Here are a couple of photos from when it was in my 'Burb. I would consider trades involving:

A good 8K or higher winch
A set of 31" or 32" M/T rubber
17" wheels of any material that are 5 on 4.5
16" Moab TJ wheels
16" ZJ wheels

Rocky,

Might be, although I just scored a set of 16" wheels and 31" rubber for that vehicle over the weekend.

Do you have anything 35-36" for my trail rig? I just got this CJ-7 with 33s and got the inchitis.
