Yamaha YG6500 Industrial gasoline powered portable generator for sale.
equipped with oil warning light/shutdown. 2) 110v GFI 20a outlets, 1)120v 20a
1) 120v 30a and 1)120/240v selectable 20a outlet. Overhead valve 4-cycle engine, built in gas tank with gauge and shut off valve, blue in color w/a chrome frame. Also has selectable "power saver" switch that allows it to idle down when no power is being drawn, then revs up when power is needed.
Has not been used long enough to discolor any part of the exhaust system! Seriously, less than 10 minutes of running time total.
I ran it about a year and a half ago for a few minutes, to check it's operation (perfect) and it's been sitting since. Need to sell it to clean out space. Needs a new foam air filter, the original is coming apart. Other than that it's ready to work. Fires up on the first pull, every time. Have never used anything but the GFI outlet on it(ran a 8" grinder to see if it worked), the plugs on the other 2 120's are twist-loc style. Have tested all plugs with a voltmeter. Never actually used the thing. Quiet for the size and power. A little heavy for one person, would make a great tow rig trailer powerplant.
