Manual Mill For trade or sale
I have a manual mill I bought from a friend of mine but I lost my shop so I'm wanting to trade it for a Jeep, Truck, possably a set of 36" tires and wheels they would need to be very new and look good more show than most of us
usualy have (for my restored show truck), possably a big block performance motor. I'm pretty open and I like old cars but it has to be worth some what equil value.
figure around $2,000 or better but I'm open minded. Machine tools are very tuff to find right now as the machine shops are buying everything up. This a very heavy duty machine and still works fine and yes it's under power and yes I have pics. It's still at my friend shop, I may be able to include a few tools but most of the tooling was his.
Any how the mill is a about a 1960's Kerny Treker #2 vertical with hyd.
feeds no DRO. but every thing works this thing will take one heavy cut.
it has ruoghly 40" by 16" travels. and can be used to mill, drill , slot, or just generaly cut up anything you want. would be good to mill knuckels, deck heads, make super thick brackets, put wrench flats on tie rods, or any number of things.
So if you have a shop and want the biggist badist drill press around let me now. It wheighs around 5-6000lbs so it will need to be moved by a rigger
or you can rent a fork lift and do it your self but you better have a good trailer.
It is located in FortWort at a shop.
