Western Hauler Bed

western hauler type bed. came with the truck i just bought. i have no use for it.

rough measurements:

110" long
85" wide
56" from the front to the middle of the wheel well
38" from the C channel outside to outside

has a old rhino liner on it that has been peeled up in some spots. mostly the top of the rail. would look real nice if it was sandblasted and repainted/lined. or is just fine the was it is if your going to actually use it like a real bed. has channel welded to the bottom to it to properly fit the ford frame. has the brake and signal lights in the head rack along with the reverse and tailights in the rear.

sorry for the picture quality.

located in Hutto, Texas.

$2000 OBO, im open to any and all offers. trade?

i actually have no idea what it was made for. thus why i gave the measurements. at this point i really need the cash. im very flexible on the price and need to make something happen soon.

it for a long bed dually. but it just so happens to be on my SRW Ford.

here are some better pics. all the lights work, has new bulbs and lenses on the front marker lights.

Is there a tow rating for the bumper hitch stamped anywhere near it and is the ball interchangeable?

I might give you $500 for it. I saw some brand new ones in Bay city selling for $1800. Your price just seems really high. Is it a name brand on did someone make it. I know it came with the truck. But if its a name brand I am sure it would say some where on it. I couldn't mind having it for my Dodge.
Can you get some close ups of the tool boxes? Any dents in it? Does it need new paint?

its professinaly made and not some home made hack job. truck belonged to south texas outfitters in san antonio before i got it. thus where the bed came from. yes there are some dents, nothing bad. mostly the flat bar on the passenger side to protect the bed. it has a old liner on it that is peeling up, so you could sand and paint/reline it to your likes.

ill try to get some more pics.

i know 2k is high and i will never get that. just following forum rules and figured i would start out high.

there's atleast $1800 in steel in that thing.... looks like it replaces a standard 8 ft. bed.

Hope you sell it, make a great haulin bed for someone.

thanks!

the bed does have some age. i think if someone just sanded and painted the side of the bed it would look great.

i can also help with loading the bed too, if that is a problem for anyone.

nick, do you still needs some pics? or anyone else for that matter. just be specific and ill try to load them up.

I did some measuring and it would take some serious fabbing to make it work on my rig, sorry bud, good luck with the sell, also it might help if you could find the tow rating, I am guessing at least 10K. If you took it to a trailer place like Big Tex they might be able to tell you more or even buy it from you.
