Replacing Rockwell Boots

Going to install my boot guards and new zipper boots this weekend. Does the hub assembly need to be removed for these? If so anyone have a link to a write up or give me info to do it? Haven't found anything specific on PBB yet even on the main rock thread. Or can I install both with eveything still in place. Sounds like the boots are a pita to install lol...any pointers other than having an extra set of hands? Thanks.

This was pretty easy...just make sure you have an extra pair of hands.

Yeah didn't get pics. I'll probably replace the other side when I get back as it had a small tear as well.

Didn't want to pull the hub apart. In the winter, I'm going to tear the axles apart for real paint so I'll do the full seals at that time.
