tear down help

Dumb question, I'm sure, but I am tearing down my rocks to mohawk them and install lockers, etc. and I am having hell pulling the drums... Is there a trick to it? I got the shoes released but still cant get the drums to come off.

Thanks! BFH worked like a charm. 300 lbs worth of brakes later, I found that if I loosened off the adjusters and scored the drum with a chisel at the adjuster hole it broke easy after a couple good licks. Thanks again.
