1.8l Isuzu Diesel w/trans - sami 6.5 case - dana 44 front

Selling the complete drive train from my Samurai to start the new build. I would like to keep it as a kit for a little while, for someone else with a Sami wanting this setup. Everything minus the engine and trans have 3 runs on them. Belts, hoses, joints, ect I bought new as well.

Engine: 1.8L Isuzu 4cyl Diesel originally from an 82 I-mark car. I don't know how many miles it has, but runs well. Stock it is 60hp but I have turned up the pump and added timing so it may do 80hp now I am not sure. I have a new timing belt and four new glow plugs that I never installed. It is a cold natured engine, I have to fire it with either every time when its cold. After you get it up to temp, its fine for the rest of the day. I never hooked up the glow plugs, so I am sure that is all it needs instead of ether. It will need a new flywheel and starter, I have recently been having problems with the starter not staying engaged during cranking, and it tore the teeth on the flywheel up. Right now the injection pump has a leak, it isnt a hard fix, just haven't messed with it. I do have a small turbo charger to include with this as well, just never got around to putting it on.

Trans: MAU5 Isuzu 5spd 2wd trans. Shifts good, but needs a new clutch and rear main seal.

T-case: Samurai case with Trail Gear 6.5:1s installed and fully rebuilt with beefed up t-case mount. Lets you keep the stock mounts on the frame with HD poly mounts.

Int shaft: Custom made a Drive shafts Unlimited in SA to mate the Isuzu trans to the Sami case.

Radiator: Aluminum Ebay radiator with hoses.

Fuel Pump: Electric Ebay pump, does 15psi at 100gph

PS pump: Toyota pump mated to the engine with custom brackets, includes hose and res. This ran my full hydro well.

Front Axle: Dana 44 8 lug w/ 4.10s and welded carrier. Has link brackets, home made high steer arms welded to the flat top knuckles. All new bearings, seals, upper and lower ball joints, ujoints. No rotors or calipers. Warn lock out hubs.

Drive shaft: I will include the complete front drive shaft and Sami end of the rear. They are home made from 2"OD 1/8" wall DOM with new joints.

Here is a video from last weekend with everything listed here.

$1500 for everything as a kit.

This will save you a TON of searching and figuring out.

If you decide to part, let me know. I have no need for the axle, but wouldn't mind a spare spare tcase.

How much for the engine trans and tcase combo minus the axle. This would work perfect in my dads fj40.
