Looking to get rid of the payment, and downgrade a bit to another Duramax. CCSB 4x4, grey cloth interior, will have 63K by tomorrow. The truck is almost completely debadged, I just left the Duramax/ Allison badge. Basically just needs tires & has a fresh dent from this weekend.
Additional mods include:
Cognito tie rods and idler/ pitman braces
K&N intake with Amsoil filter
5" exhaust to 6" stack that could be turned into a side exit to 6" tip
Curt class V hitch
Amsoil bypass setup
Aftermarket radio and front speakers
Bedliner that shows some wear
EGR blocker plate
The oil was changed ~7K miles ago, transmission fluid & internal filter changed ~600 miles ago. The dealer replaced the water pump, rear d-shaft ujoints, and driver side wheel hub assembly a few months ago. I was trying to get them to fix the steering shaft but they said they couldn't find a problem with it .
Asking $25K, for more money I can include additional mods, but that'll be discussed if there's interest.
Location: Edinburg Texas but willing to help with delivery if it can be arranged. I'll update with recent pictures in a few days. Partial trades: 00-03 Dodge diesel; Duramax==in the 10K trade value range.
I put 25k and these don't depreciate like a Cummins. No way I'd sell it just for what I owe, I don't need to get rid of it that bad. It'd just be nice to have the extra cash.
There is an 07 dodge parked in a neighborhood by my inlaws for 22. It's a crewcab dually with a j&i flatbed on it not sure if 2 or 4wd but can get pics and a # if you want. If I had the money I would be on it.
Here are some updated pictures taken on Saturday. I'm in the process of going thru my insurance to get the damage on the rear fender fixed. Price is still the same because if I sell it or keep it, that dent needs to get fixed.
I have been looking for a truck like this, but haven't talked it over with my bank yet, so I don't know what the logistics will actually be.
On that note,
The check engine light, is that from the mods?
Did you get new tires? What flavor?
What are the other mods you have ran on the truck, and might be selling with it (if the price is right of course)?
To be perfectly honest I am hesitant because of the mods (just because I don't know you, and I don't know how you used/abused the mods) and the hole in the bed from the stack. But it might be worth checking with my bank though.
To put it in number aspect, from 1-10 how interested I am I would say a solid 6 :toast:
Still for sale. The CEL is from a mod called a egr blocker plate and can be easily fixed via a fingerstick or tune or could be removed if buyer chooses. No tires yet, I'm getting the dent fixed and I just don't drive it enough to get new tires yet. It might be in the new year when I get tires but by that time I'll keep just keep it. Told the wife if it didn't sell by Christmas then I'd keep it. I ran a PPE tuner on it and used the tow tune and some of the bigger tunes. The tranny never ran hot or got limped. When I pulled a trailer, a total of 10 times since I've had it, I always ran my tow tune. It hasn't been tuned in over 3 months. I pulled one empty gooseneck about 350 miles from Houston and that's the only time I ever used my gooseneck hitch. As of right now I want to keep my other mods since I'm just wanting another Dmax anyway. Let me know if there's anything else bigok.
I can Vouch for David on this truck! It is extremely well taken care of and a beautiful truck! Not abused whatsoever and hardly used to tow stuff so its dang near fresh. It would probably be crazy for you not to keep it David lol................
Not yet. They're just replacing the entire bedside. Waiting for the check to be returned from the lien holder.
