'97 F-350 4x4 Diesel, $4500!

Offered up for sale, is my '97 Ford F-350, Crew Cab, 4x4, 7.3 PowerStroke, Auto. It's got about 239k miles but is mechanically very sound, runs great, doesn't smoke or leak or use excessive oil. I'd rate the mechanicals 9 out of 10 for it's age. The body has dings on just about every panel, I'd rate it at about a 6. The interior I would also rate at a 6, it's got some wear and tear, but overall decent, no rips or tears in the seats, but some of the door panels rattle on rough roads, etc. Cold AC, heater works, dual tanks, power window/locks, keyless remote, good 33" all terrain tires.

I put a new steering column on it and the little indicator for the gear selector doesn't move, but doesn't effect anything, also the driverside rear door inside handle is missing, but it opens from the outside fine.

The tranny is a Ford Reman unit that's about a year old and has the updated internals and bigger aux cooler. I've put new Polyurethane body bushings in, new poly spring/shackle front bushings, new front brake rotors/pads, new fuel pump, new pyrometer, the tranny fluid and filter have about 10k on them. Tranny also has a shift kit installed, shifts nice and firm. 3" turbo downpipe, new antifreeze last month, new heater core, new batteries w/in the last year. Ford put a new CPS a few months ago. It gets 17-18 mpg on the highway, about 15-16 dombined city/hiway. 4x4 works fine. It has a flatbed on it that we built at our shop, but I also have a longbed for it that can be painted to match if desired. Good inspection as of 2 months ago. I'm looking to get $4500 for it.

New price $4500. This is a good tow rig, I'd drive it anywhere w/o hesitation.

New Price, $4500. I pulled the Pyrometer and capped the downpipe.
