What fuses?
What Vehicle?
Under what Conditions?
How often?

04 chevy 2500hd blows the 50 amp fuses that powers the power seats and passenger side windows.
also the 15 amp that powers the gauge cluster lights and some of the other dash lights
blows them at random

First thoughts lead towards the wiring leading into the doors. Looks like the door switches are illuminated, giving us a common area.

Quick and easy...Open and close doors and wiggle the harness at the door jambs and check for a change in operation. Might also inspect connections and wiring inside the door if you have the time/interest to pull the panels.

Intermittent fuses are a serious pain having worked in that field.

I also sent an email to some friends. 1 of them has a similar truck that lost the window fuse once before as well.

I'll let you know.

thanks
what is weird is they don't go out in the same time frame. i replaced the 15 amp once and it popped in 5 minutes then it will last for 3 weeks
same goes for the 50 amp

Really sounds like a wiring type issue. Power supply wiring for each circuit may be pinched/chafed somewhere and gets moved slightly, causing short to ground = fuse opens. Then the other wire/circuit some other time.

How often do you wash that truck? I've seen water get into connectors inside the door creating a path between terminals intermittently.

Feedback I've received would also point towards wiring near the Parking Brake and under the seats if you have power seats. Looking for chafed/torn/damaged wiring.
