Very Simple.

Walk into the county courthouse and go to the tax assessor's office. Very hard to miss just look for the very long line that is full of grumpy, b!tching, complaining people.

There's an office off of Nacodoches a mile or so from Macarthur HS.

Theirs one across from the Gibson flea market off of Bandera. IF your coming from 410 it will be on the left passing Hillcrest. White small building. The most I ever had to wait was around 5 minutes. I want to say it's called Alamo Title.

that is correct but they are a 3rd party(middleman) so it will always cost you more than going to your county tax office.
