LOL! i'll add the links.

for a regulator here is your best bet. they aren't adjustable but i never adjust mine anyways and they are only 30 bucks!!!!

here is a good place for a 10# bottle. if you stick with a catalina or luxfer tank they will be the short fat bottles so nitrous bottle brackets work perfect for them.

nitrous bottle brackets can be had for 10-20 bucks on ebay and if you paint your co2 tank blue alot of people will think you've got nitrous on your rig! LOL!

as for the rest, it is pretty much what you want. you can either get a hose real, or just coil your air line in the back or for conveinence you can get the nylon coily things too. all of this you can get at home depot. you probly won't spend 5 bucks for the fittings and if you go cheap on the air hose that can be had for probly 10 bucks.

here is an example of a pretty nice flex hose for 15-20 bucks.

you can literally build your own system for......

75-100 for c02 tank
10-20 for brackets
30-40 for regulator
5-10 for fittings
10-20 for air hose

assuming the highest numbers thats less than 200 bucks for EVERYTHING!!!!! i built mine for like 20 bucks but i had a few of the peices laying around.

you guys probly know all this but i figured i'd share just incase. :D

if you can find a used tank this can be done for less than 100 bucks.

Thanks for the info. Myk. :) Looks like it is time to change the title and move this to the Tech Section.
This looks like a cheap answer for Bead locks. How many tires could you reset with a tank that big?

you'd be suprised how far it goes. you could probly reset 20 big tires but if your trying to air up 40" tires to 30 psi it'll go pretty qwik. the power tanks are the same size i think.
