Hey guys, I am currently looking for roommates to share a 5 bedroom house in the College Station/Bryan area. The house is in Bryan, but is 3 miles from A&M campus and 2 miles from the Blinn campus. Rent will be $290/person/room plus an even split of utilities. BTW last month I paid all utilities since every left to go home and it was roughly $100. Just to give an idea of what it will be. House is fully furnished and cable internet/tv, all appliances, furniture. It has a nice size yard, and a 2 car garage. Also thinking of getting a pool table and a sand volleyball court this summer for entertainment. Let me know.
