when you make a post and want to have a picture in your thread, ckick the image button

alternately use the image tags
with the URL (address) in between the tags. this is a tag "
A URL or Address is this " http://www.texas4x4.org/gallery/albums/BMRA_Mar_2003/01010011_G_001.sized.jpg "

so when you want to post a pic you will do this


then you get this



there are no spaces allowed, I spaced the with the url so you can see what needs to be done.

URL stands for Uniform Resource Locater, which is how web pages and images are found and seen on the internet, it is also called a address. for instance, if someone asks what's the addy of that website, you can tell them the URL is [url="http://www/"]http://www[/url]...... or you can say the address is [url="http://www/"]http://www[/url].....

the same rule applys for posting a link to another site or post... except the tags are different. to post a link, you use the [url="http://tag,%20along%20with%20the%20closing/"]tag, along with the closing [/url]tag.

to find the URL or address of your picture, right click on the picture, and you see this menu. then click on properties

then copy the URL or address in the URL \ address line
