my axles will turn BUT when i put wheels on the whole housing turns? there are no pad in the calipers to catch anythng

what do you think the problem is?other then pilot error

a little more info....does the front axle turn when you have the spindle and hub assem.put together..you say when you put the wheel on, but does it bind up any time before you put the wheel on? also make sure its not hitting the steering arm...L
