First Try...worst tire (fat cuts & not very uniform) I realized after my first cut I had the wrong pattern....

Second one....a little better. Thinner cuts, same smoke.....

Now...should I go further? Or stop here? These tires have 1 full year of use left...(and part time use after that) I have little money tied up in these......Ideas??

Grinder........lots of smoke smokin

i tried heating up a sharp peice of strap, but even with a rose-bud lit up it was taking too long......

So out came the saw & razor blades.......not worth getting tools out even.

Yep, I have enough rubber in my driveway(and up/down the street....tx wind) to mold my kids a couple of new bike tires.

Still have to carve the back tires...........
