Some details for ya'll.

I left San Antonio at 10am on Monday Morning and arrived in Las Cruces at 7:30pm.
1544 mile round trip including driving around Las Cruces.
My overall mileage for the trip was 13.25 pulling 10,000lb trailer and rig.

We ran:
Tuesday - Patzcuaro's Revenge
Wednesday - Habanero Falls
Thursday- Tabasco Twister
Friday- Rocotillo Rapids
Saturday- Broad Canyon - Hard

$487 worth of diesel for the trip. Before the trip, I calculated $400 at 3.50/gal. There was more driving in Las Cruces than I anticipated. Also, when I left town, diesel cost $3.29/gal and by the time I got there, the price had gone up $.30/gal and kept going up.

I would recommend finding someone who knows the territory and making a private trip. I've been to the CC twice and found that there are a lot of rules and expenses you have to deal with that you could avoid the days before and after the event. Not to mention, less rigs on th trails.
