Couple of pictures from Bridgeport today.

The Buggy did well today. I am still learning about it, but I really like it..... If I could say anything about today.....
It would be.....IT WAS FREAKIN COLD !!!

I let my Buddy Kevin do some wheelin in the Rock garden, and he had a good time, and the buggy did nice.

I started this line, but it did not have a good landing on the other side, so we back up and took another line.
The bars on the side of the buggy are at about the top of my chest, so that it a pretty good drop.

Then Devin and I took a few trails on our own, and this one was a pretty good climb.. This was a very steep climb..
We also got in a group with two other rigs that were built nice, and hit some nice trails...

Yes.... Especially in the power department.
Plus I do not have to worry about smashing body panels up on this one like i did the YJ.

Is there enough for you to do on your buggy? Would you make a three hour drive just to go there?

As of right now.. I do not think I would make the 3 hour drive.. Maybe after a few more trails are built...

We go to clayton quite a bit. We were actually there new years and already have our rooms reserved for memorial day....you are right...that place is awsome! We were thinking of coming up there because my brother lives in decator, so we were going to bring the buggy with us and go ride on one of our trips up there to see him.

there is alot of stuff there if you want to look.....its only 300 acers theogh ...just remember that

Its actually 900 acres. The quarry end of it is probably 300 or so acres and the rest is is all un cut woods and low land. I dont think that there is beter 300 acre patch to crawl around on that is open to the public though for quite a long ways off. If your looking for a place to test the durability of a built buggy bport would be hard to beat.

There are alot better places to wheel in bport but you have to know somebody to get on the property. My family owns 3000 acres that you can see from the park that has oil lease roads that would challenge some of the best buggies built out there. It makes North-West Park look like the bunny slopes. I also saw on here where somone was talking about a the local jeep club complaining about the level 2 trails breaking thier rigs. Well if you dont know much about chunk rock your going to break something in bport. Its amazing how much of that chunk rock you can throw out from under your rig on a slope before you hit a boulder. Fast wheel spin(chunk rock) + dead stop (boulder) = broken axle shafts and ujoints.
