ranch wheelin

well me and my buddy took the buggy and his blazer out for a shakedown run at his ranch in muldoon
his blazer did pretty damn good. he's gonna have the carb rebuilt and hopped up a little then just some new body mounts, more cutting for the front fenders, probably alloy shafts and some longfield joints so he can run a locker and hydro assist so he can actually turn
the buggy did great also. think im gonna go to some shorter shocks so i can get some more uptravel and im gonna charge the air shocks a little more so i can get some uptravel to jump it. i jumped the ranch road and it landed really hard. it can run though. im really impressed with out quick it can move and handle. even when it go real loose on me it didnt body roll bad at all
took the blazer in some mud. did really well the super swampers make mud looks stupid. even took the buggy in and it idled through it no problem

gotta trim some more

video of the ravine's

gonna post the other vids as they upload

I'm sorry, nothing quite says, "F- You, I'm from Texas" like an all-business, stripped-down K5. Love it.

a wee-bit is an understatment
here's a better picture

it will most likely be getting a straight uppers, triangulated lowers rear 4 link. and if i can fit it the same up front with 2.5" air shocks. i'd like to squeeze some more uptravel with out raising the ride height

WOW!!!

Just raise the mounting points in the rear of your upper links to get them level and it should fix it.

hmm might just do that to bandaid it for awhile. the suspension according to the link calculator
has 214% anti-squat
and 15* roll over steer
it still works pretty damn good.
if i raised those mounts i could get rid of those damn tsc heims and use my good ones. might just do that.
right now it has roughly 6" of vertical seperation. think 8" would do it? woudlnt be too hard to fix
