I think that he caught a lot of **** about the rear hangers. He said that they came with the lift kit. Also I noticed that they only had 2 bolt holding them to the frame and there werent ever Grade 8 bolts. Anyways I made it there about 9 satuday morning and I had fun. I brought my truck and the 4-wheeler. First I went out in my truck and we went to the pits and road around and then we went to washout hill. I couldnt get back up the little road there right next to washout hill. It sucks only being 2wd and open in the rear. Well I gave her hell and after about 6 or 7 attempts I was about half way up and hung up on some rocks so a buddy gave me a little tug and got me up the rest of the hill. Then after the that the truck got parked and I rode the 4-wheeler most of the days with some friends. THat evening I took the truck back out and we did the fence line trail no problem in 2wd. Some people was saying that I had really bad axle wrap while trying to go up that hill. I just did a shackle flip on the truck and this was the first trip out since that. Well we did the fence line trail and then was down at the pits and I kept hearing a clunk noise when I would gas it and then another clunk when I would hits the brakes. So I headed back to camp and was getting ready to load everything up. Before I left I had to air my tires back up and I checked to make sure my u-bolt were tight. I put the socket on the nuts and I could loosen them by hand. So I cranked them back down with a impact and then tighten them some more with a big *** cresent wrench. Also I noticed today when I washed the truck I guess the block got in the crooked and when I was gassing on it, it bent up the front of the spring perches. And I also found out that my 40's rub with 15 1/2" of lift in the rear. It isnt to bad though and I will live with it. I will have my pics up tommorow.

There are four bolts on each hanger not two. They are also grade 8(will include photos later when i get the mud off). You need a locker or something because the 4x1 trying to go up that hill wasent workin to well...... half way up the hill wasent ten feet..... the hill is like 60 feet long. But anyways.... hope you fiinsh your trunk and get it all workin right with all the same wheels on it. Keep the 8 lug wheels they are pretty cool, i like um, but ditch the tires and get you some iroks you will be happy with um. (Not tyin to be a d*** about anything because that crap is for pirate but i just had to defend my truck and that it works just fine how it is(except when the tirod broke).

New paint job is cool. The lights all working looks even better. They are a lot of fun for the money.

I already knew that I need a locker. Also the ledge that I got hung up on was half way up it. When brent backed up to me he was at the top of the hill. I do have plans on putting a detroit in the rear and I am keeping 8 lug wheels. I only have 5 lug wheel on the front because it is still a dana 44. Once I get my dana 60 ready with 5:13 gears I will have 8 lugs up front with matching wheels. How much did you pay for you irok's? I paid $200 for 5 40" tires. I bought them for the street and they will do good off road once I get 4wd back. I will also eventually have a set of double beadlocks with some swampers eventually.

I paid around 1500 for them last year and they a worth every penny. The have about 7000 to 8000 miles on them and they have alot more to go. Or you could get the same tire that jordan has on his sami. they did pretty good when he drove around you on that hill. i have seen what those mich. tires can do on other peoples trucks... NOT MUCH.

that's just too funny. My buddy at work went and was telling me about this old waggoneer or something that they had to wait for cause he was broke on the hill. And low-and behold here thay are waiting at the bottom of this hill. He's in the sammy, and his friends have the truggies.
