Sparky's Shakedown

Well, we took Sparky to Bridgeport today. Big thanks to Monstercrawler and 51differentrigs. I will say that I am impressed with how well the 4 link and shocks worked. It was well worth the money and time spent. The propane system was flawless, but I never had any doubts with that. The steering needs a little attention and I have a plan to remedy that. I didn't have any binding issues. HOWEVER, I did have a water pump issue. I replaced the water pump but the gasket didn't seal well. I like the way the ORI's ride, but I have some tweaking to get it setting they way I want it. Anyway, blah, blah, blah...........on with the pics........

BTW, I LOVE the tire!!!!!

Beat me to Mitch on starting the thread. Had fun today out there. It has definitely changed since the last time I was there. Again my POS didn't get to do anything since my front axle doesn't like to use both tires. So I'll have to pull the front end apart again and see wtf is going on. Here are the pics I took from today.

I'm gonna have to get me a set of those kevlars

Burn it.........

It's not my fj axle. It's the front axle. The longfield keeps separating itself on the driver side. Or I'm assuming that's what the problem is this time since it has been the last couple times.

Is it just me or did the ORI's seem to be unloaded and fully extended in most the pics?

you using limiting straps or the ORI's supposed to do that? Looks like the front is lifting when you go uphill

Bridgeport looks like a nice place to wheel. Other than the unloading issue, looks sweet.
