how to....

how do I post a video that isn't on youtube or any site already?
I have a couple of minutes of footage shot this weekend on my wife's handycam that we'd like to share of my attempt on "no name trail" with my Rubicon....hep me please,suh!!!

well, silly me....my wife just informed me that we don't have the usb cable to hook up our camera to the computer..looks like I will go get one at Walmart today
