and the rotors have to be machined. the id is to small to fit over the hd hub. i have a whole axle for sale that has the disc brakes aready on it that have been modified to work with it.... 250

I thought he was. Then he won't need to machine anything to make the rotors fit on the 14b hub........my 3/4 ton rotors fit just fine on my 14b hubs

Ya I'm aware that a 3/4 ton rotor pilot hole has to be opened up 3/16" to fit a D70 hub, but as the others have said I'm running 14BFF hubs to match the D60DRW front track width. The better option would be to turn down the D70 hub to fit the rotor which would make it work with any off the shelf rotor in case you ruin one out on a wheeling trip since most of us don't carry a lathe around with us.

I'll have to pass on your axle offer. My 70 is already built minus the brakes. Thanks though!
