Not exactly what you're looking for, but maybe something could be worked out.

Im assuming the nv4500 is 2wd? Looks like it from pics? As bad as i hate to say it the eaton stuff is foreign to me and i have no idea what all it is?
Im mainly looking for a 5 speed/4 speed/ psg drop case to run behind a cummins. Its not a hwy rig or a crawler just a toy to run around town and chase parts in mostly

The NV4500 is 2wd.

The fuller is a 5 speed, non-OD, 2wd.
FS-4205B

Gear
Ratio

Fifth
1.00

Fourth
1.28

Third
2.13

Second
3.78

First
6.99

Here's the model number breakdown:
MEDUIM DUTY MODEL IDENTIFICATION

Identification Example: FS-4205A

First & Second Digits FS = Fuller Synchronized

Third Digit x 100 = Nominal Torque Capacity

Fourth Digit = Design Level

Fifth & Sixth Digits 05 = Forward Speeds

Sixth Digit A = Ratio Set

HEAVY DUTY MODEL IDENTIFICATION

Example: T-11605A

FR = Fuller Roadranger

R = Roadranger

T = Twin Countershaft

L = Low-Inertia Concept

O = Overdrive

X = Overdrive

First Digit T = Twin Countershaft

Second & Third Digits x 100 = Nominal Torque Capacity

Fourth Digit = Design Level

Fifth & Sixth Digits 05 = Forward Speeds

Sixth Digit A = Ratio Set

From this site:
http://www.vibratesoftware.com/html_...s.htm#FS-4205B

The torque rating threw me off at first, but I later found these transmission are rated to hold the given torque value at max GVW continously. Max GVW on this trans should be around 26K since it was in a medium duty truck.

Whats it going to take to get the adapter to cummins set up? Ive found a divorced 205 i can probably pick up this is lookin like it might be my best option right now? I could do the nv 4500 but would need to swap input shafts and still come up with the bellhousing and clutch stuff

The adapter and clutch setup is standard SAE #2 (or #3, will have to double check dimensions) stuff and should be available from any med/heavy duty truck yard for a couple hundred. I really need to hold on to the adapter I have for my project. I put a call in to the guy I sourced mine through to see if he has any more and will let you know the outcome.

No word from the guy I bought mine from. Just measured and it is currently set up with an SAE #2 clutch/bellhousing.
