IIRC there are two, one with O-rings and one without. Which one do you need? If you don't have your old sector, look at your lines.

the O ring ones were the latter years me thinks

67K20GMC just gettin started
Other than the the way the lines hook up I believe they are the same.
Have never seen where one style stopped and the other begain any body know the year of change over.
If you decide to go new they have them at AutoZone rebuilt for $122 With
core.

80-81 is the change period.. your 78 should be have a box that takes no o-rings with the lines.
