TH400 or whatever bolts on to a 84 GW

I have an 84 GW with a bad tranny and a bad carb.

Anyone got one lying around near houston/austin/sa they want to part with?

Oh and a carb that runs might be awesome too

I have a GW that i might tear the roof off of if i can get it running well.

THANKS!

I have a 2wd th400 sitting in my shop. I was told when I bought it, came from a tow truck and ran fine when pulled with the motor. I also have a 670 truck avenger carb. I no longer need since I'm using propane now. I'm in se houston. Let me know if this helps. I have another carb in my garage but will have to see what it is. Not sure if holley or edlebrook

hmm... 2wd... Guess this means it will not work for 4wd right? I figured the transfer case did that, but i guess i need a specific 4wd tranny for it?
