WFTW-SA Main Event - 7 May 2011

Yes it is on. Pre-registration is now open.

http://www.wftw-sa.org/upcoming.html

There are some surprises this time. Details are on the site.

Also do not forget the upcoming fund raisers. TXPRO 4x4 in Lampasas is holding theirs on 16 April. The Texas Rovers are auctioning a custom built guitar that same day at their event in Hidden Fall. Check out the site for more details.

Planning on being there. Been trying to make one of these since they started. This time it looks like I will make it. Even went so far as to register for it this time.

Tropical Get-away Theme this year. Remember to wear your best tropical attire you have. Going to be a great event. See yall there. Thank you for all the volunteer hours and donations these past three years. Seeing the smiles on the Soldiers and families is well worth it to me. From our family to yours, Thanks.

I will be cutting off the sign up on Friday, 29 April. You will still be able to show up but you will not get the price or be counted as a driver if you are not on the list. Please get your names in now! Go to http://www.wftw-sa.org/upcoming.html for details and to pre-resgister.

hey bud, I just registered my wife so there should be two of coming. i can not remember if I signed her up once and me or her twice. Either way, you get the picture.

And, am I to understand, that if you are not registered you will not be able to participate? We have quite a frew guys that becuase of their jobs will not know if they will make it for sure until the last minute. They are at this time planning it, so what should I tell them to do?

We have plenty of drivers so a couple of no shows is no big deal. It costs nothing to register. You pay the fees at the gate.
