Let me know when you want me to start hitting up my Vendor on Donations. last Year was "one" on my behalf... but i think I can get more involved. We just need to find a ride for Donations like last year.

Will do Mike. We are meeting on Jan. 30th to discuss laying out May Event and once we determine needs, I will get back to you.

Activities

Along with the Wheeling, Food, and great time - One area overlooked is our Activies Committee. They work hard to put together fun things for the kids to do while their parents are relaxing in the pavilion or just taking it all in.
They could use some committeed volunteers to help out in this area. The kids enjoyed last years event on the trails but also had activities just for them at the pavilion.
Moonwalks - Face painting - Kite flying and thanks to the San Antonio Jeep Exclusives this year they have the Humpty Dumpty course.
I know everyone is doing what they can and we GREATLY appreciate it
If you enjoy having fun with kids - Register to work with the Activities Committee.

Sincerely,
Delta

My wife will be free after the Breakfast and said she would be happy to help anywhere needed. If you want, count her in on this.
